Ruger was rescued August 22, 2022 within minutes of being euthanized from the Forth Worth animal shelter… He was rescued with his mom and two sisters… They had been at the shelter since they were born and were going to be euthanized for space at only a month and 20 days old… He was quite the character as a puppy, very outspoken… LOL…

He’s now this tall handsome boy, with gorgeous eyes and a bottom lip that will drive you wild… He’s a very happy boy and gets very excited when he sees his person(s) and absolutely loves to be scratched behind his ears…

He loves to play with the other pups, he absolutely adores his little sister…

He loves to play with a ball, and will play keep away with you, meaning you will not be able to get it back… LOL… He has not had an accident inside his room or the house since he was a few months old… He will let you know he needs to go outside…

He does well on a leash, he loves to go for walks around the neighborhood, meet new people and will even high five you for a treat..

He is a well behaved handsome boy looking for a perfect home where he would be able to run as he loves to do at his foster’s house…
